Description

Cheesy yummy chicken and broccoli goodness! I’m not sure why it’s called Royal Chicken Bake, but my 6-year-old daughter says it’s perfect for a princess to eat!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked, Cubed Chicken
  • 16 ounces, weight Cooked, Chopped Broccoli
  • 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 1-½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese, your choice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Place cooked broccoli in the bottom of the pan, and top with cubed chicken. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder and pour over the top of the chicken. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and gently press over the top of the casserole. Bake for 3o-35 minutes, until slightly bubbly. Top with cheese and bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Casserole can be assembled ahead of time, and refrigerated. To bake, place the dish in a cold oven, and increase baking time to 45-50 minutes before adding the cheese.
