A delicious, filling meal in under 30 minutes. This is including prep, baking time and clean up.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. I recommend using garlic naan, but any kind works fine. Spread the pizza sauce over the top and then the red pepper slices. Crumble goat cheese over everything, then drizzle with honey. Trust me on this one, it’s good.
You can, of course, substitute anything. These make great appetizers (cut in long, thin slices) or a nice meal. Here are some other fun suggestions:
Basil pesto with portobello mushrooms, shallots and parmesan
Bacon with minced chili peppers and cheddar
Bacon, fig and bleu cheese
Ham with dijon mustard, tomato and Swiss cheese
