Easy Indian salmon curry made spicy with chili powder, tomatoes, and onion. This is an easy weeknight meal that can be made in under 30 minutes. No hassle, which helps you make effortlessly.
In a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil and cumin seeds. Allow cumin seeds to crackle.
Add onion. Saute until onion becomes translucent. Add tomato and saute until soft and breaking down.
Add chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Saute for a couple of seconds. Add water and bring it to the boil. Boil for 10 minutes.
Add salmon slices and cover with lid. Lower heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes or until fully cooked.
Serve hot.
