Easy Chicken Fried Rice is a quick and simple dinner you can make any night of the week. This stir fry is ready in just 30 minutes!
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken on all sides, until browned. Add onions and carrots and cook until the onions turn translucent, about 3 minutes. Add pepper and cook until softened.
Stir in rice and cook until it starts to brown. Stir in soy sauce and maple syrup. Add peas and cook until they’re hot.
Serve immediately sprinkled with sesame seeds and sliced green onion, if you like.
