It seems like Sheet Pan Suppers are all the internet food craze. This Chicken Stir Fry Sheet Pan Supper is a quick and easy weeknight meal that needs only three ingredients!
Arrange chicken thighs on a large sheet pan. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
Remove pan from the oven and brush chicken with stir fry sauce. Arrange frozen stir fry vegetables between the chicken thighs.
Return pan to oven and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve over rice or noodles and topped with sesame seeds.
