If you’ve eaten cold cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto, you’ll love this warm version with crispy, grilled bites of prosciutto!

Preheat grill to high heat
Slice the prosciutto in half lengthwise to create two long, thinner strips. Wrap two of the prosciutto strips around each piece of cantaloupe. Spray all sides with nonstick spray.
Lay the cantaloupe on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking. The prosciutto should have crispy golden edges and the cantaloupe should be warm.
Serve.
