Description

Olive oil, Dijon mustard and vinegar are mixed with garlic, lime, lemon and brown sugar for this dynamite marinade that is so good you might regret not saving a little on the side for dipping!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Chicken Breasts, Cut In Half Lengthwise And Flattened
  • FOR THE MARINADE:
  • ¼ cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • ½ whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1-½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¼ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl except the olive oil. Drizzle the oil in very slowly while whisking quickly.

Put the chicken in a large Ziploc bag and pour between 1/2 to 3/4 of the marinade over it. Put chicken in the fridge and marinate at least 2 hours.

Grill chicken over medium/high heat and cook until juices run clear.

Love mustard so this was a hit at my house! Will definitely make it again and am looking forward to the leftovers tomorrow.

I’ve made this chicken a few dozen times since finding the recipe on her site. I couldn’t wait to open up the grill this month to make it again, it’s THAT GOOD !!!! Make more than you need b/c it’s AMAZING as chicken sandwiches the next day with a little mayo !
