Asparagus Sun Dried Tomato Hummus Wraps.
Set oven to 200ºC (390ºF).
Break the ends off the asparagus and place them on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with a little salt and black pepper. Roast for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
To assemble, lay wraps out on a clean surface and spread generously with hummus. Layer the marrows, asparagus, avocado and sun dried tomatoes slightly off centre. Roll the wraps starting on the side that has the filling closest to the edge. Slice in half or serve whole.
