Move over, salmon patties! Looking for a way to get those good omega 3s into your diet? Here’s the recipe for you!
Mix all ingredients except flour. (Remove the skin and bones from salmon, if preferred. I usually do this, but if you like the bones, go for it!) Shape into patties and dust with flour. Panfry in hot oil or butter over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden.

Just to clarify– the tuna & salmon should be drained & the juice discarded. Hope you enjoy!
