Super easy Grilled Honey Lime Chicken. Sweet, zesty and crispy on the outside!
Note: Prep time does not include marinating time.
Add lime juice, honey, garlic, and soy sauce to a medium bowl. Pour marinade into a large resealable bag, reserving 1/4 of the marinade for brushing on top before serving. Add chicken and place in the refrigerator overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
When you’re ready to cook, heat grill to medium high heat. Cook chicken for 3–5 minutes on both sides or until fully cooked. Brush the remaining marinade mixture on top of the chicken.
Serve immediately with fresh cilantro if desired.
