Tender, juicy chops or chicken. And the gravy is already made once the meat is done. Yum.
Combine flour and seasonings in small bowl or Ziploc bag. Dredge each chop or breast in flour mixture.
Heat butter in a large skillet and brown meat on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Sprinkle remaining flour in the pan and add half of the milk. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn meat over and add remaining milk. Cook for another 30 minutes.
For heaven’s sake, make sure you have a big pot of creamy mashed potatoes to serve with the pork and gravy.

This was great! The flavor is not overly strong but still really good – I loved that it was a essentially a one-dish meal – and my teenage son loved that it was easy enough for him to make. We’ll make this again!

I’m not a big pork fan, but these chops were great. My husband totally loved them, and the gravy was great for serving with the chops.

My family loved this recipe! My kids, who are both very picky eaters, cleaned their plates. The gravy is fabulous over perfectly steamed rice… Delicious!
