An easy, Korean-inspired recipe for tender chicken slow cooked in a sweet and savory mixture of garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.
Season chicken breasts with salt and place them in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix together sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Pour mixture over chicken. Cook chicken on high for 4 hours or on low for 6–8 hours.
Shred chicken and return to slow cooker to coat it in cooking liquid. Serve with a slotted spoon and top with chopped green onion and a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired.

It looks good! I make similar pulled chicken. I add some chili oil to mine. Have to say it is a very healthy dish!
