Scrumptious dinner for two any weeknight!
Set grill or griddle pan to medium heat and spray with cooking spray. (We grill outside year round and use a gas grill for these.)
In a mixing bowl, add teriyaki sauce, pepper and chops. Marinate 15 minutes. Grill, flipping occasionally, until chops reach 165ºF degrees internally to ensure doneness. Baste chops with teriyaki sauce when flipping.
Plate and garnish with scallions. We love these serve with polenta on the side. You can serve these with rice, if desired.
