These simple Garlic-Roasted Pork Chops are super fast, flavorful, and easy to prepare.
Heat oven to 400ºF. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over high heat.
Generously season pork chops with the salt and pepper. Once oil is hot, add pork chops to skillet and sear 2–3 minutes, until golden brown. Flip chops over, toss in garlic cloves, and place pan in the hot oven. Roast chops for 2 minutes. Carefully flip chops and garlic over and roast for another 2 minutes, or until cooked through.
Carefully remove from oven. Allow chops to rest, out of the hot pan, for about 5 minutes, and then serve with roasted garlic cloves.
