Savory zucchini cake with bacon and cheese.
Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Grate zucchini. Chop onion and bacon. Beat eggs. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Season to taste.
Pour mixture into a large baking tray (40 cm x 30 cm or 15.7 x 12 inches) lined with baking paper or greased. Bake for about 30 minutes, until eggs are set and cake is golden brown.
