These are the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever. The end.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Start off by creaming together butter and sugars in a stand mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated. Mix in vanilla.
In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Add dry to wet ingredients and mix until cookie dough comes together. With a spoon, stir in chocolate chips. I don’t like to do this in the mixer; I don’t know why, I just prefer to do it by hand.
Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds on a baking sheet. A mini ice cream scoop is the perfect tool for this. Bake for 10 minutes. Be sure to let cool for 2 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
