Description

This Dragon Fruit (Pitaya) Smoothie Bowl is a cool, refreshing, good-for-you and filling meal. It’s rich in vitamins and minerals and is gorgeous to look at!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Frozen Chopped Banana
  • 1 package (3 1/2 Oz. Size) Pitaya Frozen Packet
  • ¼ cups Frozen Riced Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Shredded Coconut, For Topping
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds, For Topping

Preparation

In a blender, add banana, pitaya packet, cauliflower and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.

Pour in a bowl and sprinkle on toppings. Grab a spoon and dig in!
