If you’re a busy mom with a full-time job and kids that won’t quit like me, but you love good home-cooked meals that are fast and amazingly delish, then this pizza is for you!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Sautee the mushrooms, and onion in olive oil.
Mince garlic and saute in butter. I like the minced garlic in a jar—so much easier and it doesn’t make your fingertips smell like garlic for a month!
Pour Alfredo Sauce into garlic and butter and stir. Simmer.
Spread Alfredo sauce over the pizza crust. I use the Mama Mary’s pre-made thin crust. You can find this next to the Boboli Pizza – it’s the same price as the Boboli, but you get TWO crusts! But any pizza dough, pre-baked, or refrigerated will work.
Microwave the bacon, and crumble, or you can cut it up and cook it on the stovetop—your choice! I like the microwave because it’s fast and doesn’t leave bacon grease on the stove, vent, oven door, and floor!
Spread the sauteed mushrooms and onions over the sauce. Spread the spinach and bacon on top of the mushrooms and onion. Top all with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for roughly 15 minutes on a cookie sheet until the cheese is a little brown and bubbly.
You can use the extra Alfredo sauce for dipping. A delish pizza in 30 minutes or less!
Note: the ingredients above will make two pizzas using the Mama Mary’s crusts.
