Description

This dish is so flavorful, creamy and luscious. It’s a seafood party in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Lump Crab Meat (I Get Mine From Seafood Market)
  • 8 ounces, weight Sea Scallops (I Get Mine From Seafood Market)
  • ¼ teaspoons Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • ¼ cups Light Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ cups Panko Or Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter (I Use Lightly Salted Butter)
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cups Grated Pepper Jack Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425ºF. Generously spray an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.

In a clean mixing bowl, add lump crab meat and scallops. Then add lemon juice, light cream, black pepper, Old Bay seasoning and onion powder and mix gently. Set aside.

In a small bowl, add panko or seasoned breadcrumbs and melted butter. Stir with a fork, set aside.

In another small bowl, add both cheeses and mix together well.

Add the seafood mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out with an offset spatula. Add breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top. Add the cheese mixture evenly across the top.

Place in the oven on the middle rack and bake for 12–14 minutes. It’ll be bubbly and smell delicious!

We love this served with wild rice pilaf and roasted broccoli spears. Hope you’ll enjoy!
