A quick and flavorful fajita flavored rice bowl, topped with chicken and vegetables. The perfect weeknight meal.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and add them into a large skillet. Over medium heat, cook the chicken until no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Add peppers and onions and cook for 3 minutes more.
Stir in the McCormick Fajita Skillet Sauce and cook for 3 minutes; just until the vegetables are tender and sauce is warmed.
Evenly divide the rice between 4 bowls and evenly divide the chicken mixture. Top with tomatoes and sour cream if desired.
