Easy Turmeric Root Milk recipe made with almonds, fresh turmeric root and fresh ginger root is loaded with antioxidants and incredibly healing.
Soak almonds overnight in several cups of water.
Discard soaking water and rinse almonds in a deep bowl of water. Repeat rinsing until water runs clear.
Place soaked almonds, listed amount of water, turmeric root and ginger root in a Vitamix. Blend on high speed for 60 seconds.
Strain milk into a bowl or pitcher through a nut milk bag. Save pulp to make cookies or crackers. Serve.
