A beef casserole that is traditionally made with lamb.
Brown ground beef, with onions, garlic and carrots. Drain fat. Mix together tomato paste, 1/2 cups hot water, 1 cube beef bullion, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Add black pepper to taste. Mix with the ground beef mixture.
Top with green beans (drained). Top green beans with mashed potatoes (cooked per directions on package). Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
