An easy way to grill perfect salmon with the simple homemade teriyaki sauce.
Note you will also need aluminum foil for this recipe. Preheat your grill on medium heat
In a small bowl mix together: shallot, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, mirin, molasses and lime juice. Place each piece of salmon on a separate doubled sheet of tin foil (or one heavy duty piece), Pour the mixture over each salmon fillet.
Close each sheet of tin foil to create individual packets. Place them on the hot grill. Close the lid of the grill and let it cook for 20 minutes
Once cooked plate your salmon and garnish with green onions. Serve with rice and greens of your choice.
