Given to me by a friend’s mom, this dish is easy to put together and very delicious, although it’s not actually very cheesy.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix the mayo, cream of mushroom soup and parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Place the chicken breasts in a 13×9 baking dish. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken. Bake for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the chicken is no longer pink. If you are using chicken breast tenders or really thin breasts the cooking time may be less. Serve over rice. This does really well the next day as leftovers.
