Wonderful for Thanksgiving and can be changed for any holiday by changing the jello flavor – red at Christmas, yellow at Easter, etc. Always a favorite at potlucks.
Put cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and microwave until melted.
Stir in crushed pineapple (WITH juice). Add box of jello and 1/2 Cup ICE COLD water. Refrigerate until set (can even be left overnight).
Fold in the Cool Whip and refrigerate again until set.
Such a pretty addition to the holiday table. Use whatever flavor (and color) jello to match the occasion.
