  • ¼ teaspoons Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Cooking Oil, Divided
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger, Finely Chopped

Preparation

Marinate shrimp with turmeric, chili powder and lime juice for 20 minutes. Fry in a bit of oil till crisp on both sides. Set aside.
