Baked scallops, seasoned to perfection with breadcrumbs and spices that will have you wanting more.
1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
2. Put butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. If it’s super hot allow the butter to cool a bit then add egg and mix together.
3. In a separate bowl mix together, breadcrumbs, paprika, nutmeg, salt and garlic powder.
4. Dip each scallop in egg mixture and then in crumb mixture.
5. Place all scallops on a rimmed baking pan, making sure there is some space between each and bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
6. Enjoy!
