Buffalo chicken pizza, lightened up a tad!
Preheat your oven to 400 F. Spread out your pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet, and stretch it out to your desired size and thinness.
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the hot sauce and butter. Stir until butter is melted then remove from heat. Add two tablespoons of the Buffalo sauce you just made on top of your dough, and add the remaining sauce into a bowl with your cooked chicken. Mix to combine and set aside for a moment.
Add the the mozzarella over the crust. Then transfer pizza to the oven for 2-3 minutes just to start the melting process. Remove it from the oven and top with your chicken and red onion. Return it to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until dough is cooked through. Enjoy!
