If you like olive oil, garlic and Alfredo sauce, then you’ll like this!
In a medium skillet, cook garlic in butter and olive oil over medium heat until slightly golden in color (be careful not to burn it). Add reserved clam liquid, chicken broth and pepper; simmer 5 minutes. Add clams, parsley and basil. Continue to cook over medium heat until hot.
Serve over angel hair pasta and sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 4 to 8 servings depending on size.
