A tasty white fish seasoned and baked for the enjoyment of your taste buds.
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. In a saucepan combine all ingredients minus the tilapia and green onions. Heat on low until butter is simmering. Remove from heat.
3. Brush some of the butter mixture on the bottom of a baking dish (dish should be big enough to fit all of the fish fillets in a single layer).
4. Place tilapia fillets into the dish.
5. Brush top of tilapia fillets with butter mixture and sprinkle green onion on top.
6. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
7. Broil for 3 more minutes for crispness (optional).
8. Enjoy!
