Friday pizza night will never be the same!
For the pizza dough: Add all-purpose flour, salt, sugar and instant yeast into a medium sized bowl. Quickly combine the dry mixture with a whisk. Next, add water and use a whisk to make sure everything is mixed together.
Do a little kneading and form the mixture into a ball. Take a large bowl and coat it with quality olive oil. Add the dough to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise at room temperature for at least 2 hours but longer is better.
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Cut dough in half and roll each into your preferred shape and thickness. Put crusts onto your pizza pans or stones.
Next brush pizza sauce over both pizza crusts, leaving a border around the edge. Then sprinkle taco seasoning over the top of the sauce. Add the seasoned and browned ground turkey and browned chorizo on top of both pizza crusts.
Sprinkle meat with Mexican shredded cheese then add black olives and diced fresh tomato over the top of the pizzas.
Bake pizzas one at a time for 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown and toppings have all melted together. Tip: If you want to brown the top even more, turn on the broiler for a few minutes at the end of the bake time, but carefully watch so the pizza does not burn. Remove the first pizza from the oven and bake the second in the same manner.
Sprinkle pizzas with green onions, slice and serve.

This looks great! My family enjoy chourico (that’s what we call it in my area). My husband and son will pick out the olives, but that’s okay because it mean that there is more for my daughter and me!!
