Description
This addicting chicken salad is so easy to make and adding curry powder really takes it to the next level!
Ingredients
- 4 cups Diced Cooked Chicken, Bite Size Pieces (Measure After You Dice It)
- ⅔ cups Celery, Small Dice
- ⅓ cups Onion, Small Dice
- 5 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- ¼ cups Dried Cranberries
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoons Fresh Thyme, Chopped (optional)
- ½ teaspoons Curry Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Pepper
- Sandwich Bread, Gluten Free Or Regular, To Serve (optional)
Preparation
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir until combined.
Enjoy on bread or in a salad.
