A simple, nutritious and healthy sandwich with rich flavour.
Note: I always bake the pumpkin bread myself. My favorite recipe is adapted from wonderful Teresa Cutter of The Healthy Chef. In general, you can use any bread you like; I prefer this combination with pumpkin bread as it has some sweet and salty flavor.
Take slices of pumpkin bread, divide the sliced avocado pieces on them and sprinkle with salted peanuts and almonds. Enjoy this healthy sandwich for breakfast.
