My father’s signature recipe at all the family parties.
Cut up baby octopus about 5 cups worth.
Cut onion into slices.
Fry the onions in some olive oil.
Add the octopus. The octopus lets out a lot of liquid, let it do that, then let the water evaporate, cooking at a low setting.
When the liquid is gone, add the vinegar, salt and pepper.
Let it cook on a low heat for approximately 40-45 minutes, til it makes a nice thick sauce. Serve with rice
*Don’t be worried about it tasting too vinegary. Surprisingly, because you cook it so long, it doesn’t at all. Even my cousin who hates vinegar ate this and didn’t notice that it had so much vinegar. Hahaha she liked it …sorry for the bad quality picture. This is the only one I have of the dish.

Hello again,
you were nice enough to ask for my recipe for meatballs.
can I give it to you here? as someone has already posted a recipe for such and , even if mine is a bit different, I would not like to double up.

Never mind the photo, Gratsiella, the recipe sounds really very interesting and I will definitely try it.
I, usually marinate the baby octopus, but this simpler version is very inviting.
Thanks for posting it!
