Cheesy chicken wings marinated in apple cider vinegar and roasted under a layer of Parmesan cheese.
Mix salt and curry in a small cup and rub the chicken wings with the mixture. Put them in a large glass dish, pour the vinegar in and stir with your hands until the wings are coated in vinegar. Set the chicken wings in the fridge to marinate for 3 hours.
When they’re ready to cook, remove them from the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 440ºF (230ºC). Place them in a well-greased deep roasting tin and send to the preheated oven. Cook for 20 minutes at 440ºF (230ºC).
Meanwhile mix the butter and dry herbs. After 20 minutes remove the wings from the oven, smear with the butter/herbs mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Return them to the oven to cook for 10 minutes more.
Serve hot cheesy chicken wings with dry wine!
