Pasta with chicken breasts in tomato sauce.
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes (about 2 cm each). Place them into a deep skillet and pour in the water. Cover the skillet and stew over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the chicken broth after 15 minutes. Set aside.
Add butter to the chicken breasts, stir until fully melted. Fry the chicken breasts over low heat for 5 minutes.
Chop the tomatoes and pepper, add to the chicken breasts. Fry for 5 minutes.
Add the herbs, salt and nutmeg, mix well. Pour the broth in. Chop the garlic and add to the broth. Let the chicken and veggies simmer for 5 minutes.
Done! Serve the chicken breasts with pasta.
