I used pre sliced onion so it took me maybe two minutes to prepare this. It cooked on low all night. How can something so easy be so tastey?

This was soooo good! A go-to recipe from now on! I used the leftover turkey in a wild rice soup…awesome! Thanks for sharing!

Wonderful…!!! Seasoned a boneless, skinless turkey breast with garlic, Italian seasoning, poultry seasoning and sage before adding the butter pieces. It did smell mouth-watering all afternoon, and was meltingly moist and tender.
There is enough turkey left to make a sandwich or two tomorrow…or I might make gravy from the liquid left over, and serve hot turkey sandwiches with mashed potatoes tomorrow evening…
Thousand thanks, Patti123 – this is another recipe to tuck in my ‘keep’ file…

This turned out great. Very moist and tender. Success! I was able to make great gravy with the juices too. YUMMY!
