A quick dish of pasta with smoked sausage that the whole family will enjoy.
1. Cook penne as per package instructions.
2. Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet on low/medium heat.
3. Add sausage, garlic, onions and peas and cook for 4 minutes, stirring regularly.
4. Add BBQ sauce, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and marjoram leaves and cook for 4 minutes, stirring regularly.
5. When pasta is done, drain it and add it into the skillet. Season with salt and cook for 2 minutes, stirring to mix well.
6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta if using it and cook for one more minute.
7. Enjoy!
