Description

This baked chicken is a favorite in our house. It is so easy too. Only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 34 whole Ritz Crackers (34 Is Roughly 1 Sleeve From A Full Size Box)
  • ½ cups Butter
  • 8 pieces Chicken Breast Tenderloins (boneless)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
2. Crush the Ritz crackers in a food processor or in a sealed Ziplock bag using a rolling pin. Put crackers in a shallow dish.
3. Melt butter in a shallow dish in the microwave. Start with 30 seconds and add additional time if needed until melted.
4. Dip chicken in the melted butter then dip in crushed crackers until well coated.
5. Place chicken in the prepared baking dish.
6. Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

Notes: The amount of crackers and butter you will use depends on how many chicken breasts or tenders you are making. I use 1 sleeve of crackers and 1/2 stick of butter for 6-8 tenders depending on size. So just start with that and if you need to add more you can.

Quick and easy. The crowd of 5 were pleased! Who knew Ritz had so much taste?Thinking about letting some sort of cheese melt over the chicken after if comes out of the oven the next time around.
Will be stocking up on the Ritz for future use.
