A sweet, hot yummy pizza. Jalapeno jelly takes the place of the sauce, and frozen bread dough serves as the crust.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Press thawed bread dough onto a nonstick pizza pan. No need to let rise.
Melt butter in a medium-sized skillet. Add onions. Cook until translucent and slightly caramelized. Remove and place in a small bowl.
Add mushrooms to the same pan. Add more butter if needed. Cook until slightly browned. Remove and add to another bowl.
Add sliced smoked sausage into same skillet. Cook until well heated. Remove.
Spread jalapeno jelly on the bread dough. Top with caramelized onions, gorgonzola crumbles, mushrooms, black olives, smoked sausage and just a few diced rosemary leaves, and top it all with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees in the middle rack for 20 to 25 minutes.
Enjoy!
