Description

Easiest noodle dish ever! Have it on the table in 15 minutes. Serve by itself, or with some sauteed bok choy. Find these noodles and the spicy black bean sauce in any Asian grocery store. Check out the related blog post for more info on these ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Package Of Hong Kong Style Pan-fried Noodles
  • 4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 4 teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Spicy Black Bean Sauce (or More To Taste)

Preparation

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Drop in the noodles and boil for one minute. Drain and set aside.

Heat a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Take about a quarter of the noodles and spread them evenly in the pan. Let them cook until golden brown on both sides.

Slide them onto a serving plate and toss with about 1 1/2 teaspoons of soy sauce, a teaspoon of the sesame oil and 1 1/2 teaspoons of spicy black bean sauce.

Continue cooking in 3 more batches until all the noodles are cooked, or keep the blanched noodles in the fridge and take it out and fry whenever you want some!
