Ground chicken, hot sauce and blue cheese in a burger patty.
Heat a grill pan over medium high heat (or you can use a George Forman grill according to manufacturer’s instructions).
In a medium bowl, mix the ground chicken meat, hot sauce and half of the blue cheese. With wet hands, divide the mixture in 4 equal parts and form burger patties.
When the grill pan is hot, carefully place the burgers on the grill. Grill for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the grill and place on a plate.
Butter the inside of both halves of the burger buns and place on the grill for a few minutes until browned to your liking.
Place the bottom of the bun on a plate, add ranch dressing, and a burger pattie. Top with 1 ounce of blue cheese. Spread the top bun with more dressing and enjoy.
Use carrots and celery as an accompaniment.
