But I mean really …
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Boil a pot of water to cook your pasta and grease an 8×8 square baking dish.
Cook pasta according to package instructions for al dente, drain and set aside.
In a bowl combine panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 of the cheese, half of the Sriracha sauce, and the melted butter. Mix to combine, then add half of the mixture to the bottom of your baking dish. Set the remaining aside for a moment.
Add cooked pasta to a separate bowl, and add in the rest of the cheese as well as the red pepper, the rest of the Sriracha sauce and the tablespoon of un-melted butter. Mix to combine, then add the egg and the milk. Give it a good mix to make sure everything is evenly coated. Add it all to your baking dish and top off with your remaining panko mixture. Lightly spray the top with cooking spray and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Remove dish from oven and set it on a rack. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes, top with green onions then slice up and serve!
