Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your thick spaghetti according to package instructions for al dente. Using thick spaghetti is the secret to giving it that true noodle feel. When the noodles are done, drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat your sesame oil and red pepper for 2 minutes. Pour the oil into a bowl through a fine mesh sieve to remove the red pepper from the oil. Set oil aside.
In a bowl mix your honey, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Add in your red pepper infused oil and stir to combine. You can add a drop of water if the sauce is too thick for you.
In the same skillet you had the oil in, add in your cooked spaghetti noodles and pour the sauce on top. Toss and heat over medium heat for 3-4 minutes to heat through and add a little crispness to the noodles.
Serve in a bowl garnished with green onions and enjoy!
