Really enjoyed this egg salad. Went light on spice this time, but next time am going to be braver. Loved the different taste.

Description
Easy egg salad with a Cajun kick!
Ingredients
- 6 whole Hard-boiled Eggs, Peeled And Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- ½ Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 3 dashes Tabasco Pepper Sauce
- 2 dashes Creole Seasoning (such As Tony Chachere's)
- 3 dashes Pepper
- 1 dash Salt
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir gently with a spoon. Add more Tabasco and Creole seasoning if you prefer it spicier and less if you prefer it milder. You can also adjust the amounts of mayonnaise and mustard to get the consistency you prefer.
This makes a great sandwich served on toasted wheat bread.
