This recipe sounds restrictive but tasting is going to make you a believer! You can even substitute regular flour instead. Enjoy
First, thaw the chicken.
Then mix sour cream, sweet paprika, onion powder, chicken bouillon together.
Stir chicken in with sour cream mixture and let set for 10 min.
Then in a large plastic bag, place flour and then chicken that’s been soaked in sour cream mixture and shake it well.
Let chicken set in flour mixture for 2 minutes (this gives it a thicker coating).
Place chicken in 350′ oil and cook until a nice brown.
Place on paper towel to drain oil and sprinkle with salt.
