A simple classic pasta dish made with plump wild blue shrimp and slightly sweet and savory tomato relish.
Cook pasta according to package directions. When you add the pasta into your pot of boiling water, start cooking the shrimp mixture
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, onion and garlic. Saute for about 2 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender. Add shrimp and cook until no longer pink, about 4-6 minutes. Add the tomato relish or pasta sauce and heat until sauce is warm.
When pasta is done, drain it. Serve shrimp mixture over cooked pasta.
