Description

Chicken and black bean wrap seasoned with lime, cumin and cilantro.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces, weight Can Black Beans, Drained
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • ⅛ cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 4 whole Flour Tortillas (8-inch Size)
  • 12 ounces, weight Grilled Chicken Breast, Cubed Or Shredded
  • ½ cups Shredded Colby-jack Cheese

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine beans, cumin, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Heat over medium heat until warm.

Warm tortillas for a few seconds in the microwave or in a skillet on medium heat, just until flexible.

Spoon equal amounts of bean mixture, chicken and cheese down the center of each tortilla. Roll up and cut in half.
