This orzo recipe has few ingredients, but it’s big on taste! It is also clean for those on a “real food” diet.
1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot, then add orzo and cook according to the orzo package directions.
2. While orzo is cooking, prep your green onions, grape tomatoes and garlic.
3. When orzo is cooked through add your green onions, grape tomatoes and garlic. Mix to combine and allow it all to boil together for about 30 seconds (super quick). Remove pot from the heat.
4. Dish it into a bowl using a slotted spoon.
5. Drizzle the lemon juice over the top and enjoy!
