Great, easy recipe. Used the shredded chicken for fajitas. Used a jar of Newman’s Own pineapple salsa, a can of Rotel tomatoes and a fajita seasoning packet (had them all in pantry) and it turned out great. Also squeezed fresh lime on the chicken once shredded.

Used two breasts for two people and kept everything else the same. Yummy!

We make regular old beef tacos almost every week so this was a nice change! I used the left over chicken to whip up some tortilla soup using canned tomato soup, cheddar and sour cream. It was awesome!

The flavor of this chicken was AMAZING! I took it to a potluck dinner and it was a HUGE HIT!!! I used it the next day to make quesadillas…DE-LISH!!

How many pounds is 6 chicken breasts? They come in different sizes where I live.

I left this chicken and all the fixings at my boyfriends house so he could have some for lunch the next day. He called me as he was eating it to tell me it was the BEST Mexican food he’d ever had. I’d call that a success! Especially since he had it reheated. Great recipe! Can’t wait to try it out with the soup!

This was AWESOME…and way too easy! Didn’t have salsa so I subbed a can of rotel and can of spicy tomato sauce. Everyone loved it. Can’t wait to try the soup.
